Pavel Brodský died

We are deeply saddened to announce the death of PhDr. Pavel Brodský, CSc. et DSc., a leading expert in the research of medieval and early modern illuminated manuscripts, a long-time employee of the Department for the Cataloguing and Study of Manuscripts at the Masaryk Institute and the Archives of the CAS.

The last farewell to the deceased will take place on Monday 25 March 2024 at 11 a.m. in the Church of Our Lady of the Snows in Prague’s New Town.
